1.Spring wire diameter:the wire diameter of foreign countries is more precise than domestic ones (such as wire diameter 2.1mm, 2.2mm, 2.3mm, 2.4mm, there is a lever every 0.1mm),customers can choose from a few kilograms to a few tons of material purchases.But in China, the common wire diameter needs to be purchased several tons at a time. When you need to customize the wire diameter, there will be a minimum order quantity, especially the sample, there is a problem that the material cannot be purchased.

2.Spring surface treatment: painting, spray, chrome, color zinc, etc., long-distance transportation will hurt the spring surface, the cost of finished packaging is expensive.

3.Spring mark: Foreign spring surface requires marking logo, highlighting the brand effect, and ensuring product traceability. There are requirements for the location, size and logo definition of the marking. There are few domestic spring factories that can do well.
